We are a MEMBER made community where we just keep getting bigger and better to help even more women… WOOHOO!! When we created the ‘Ladies HQ’ initiative, we recognised once-off ‘meet-ups’ are great – but then what? There was no opportunity for ongoing connection and being a part of something bigger in-person; A REAL COMMUNITY TO BELONG!
Powerful collaborations and shared wisdom has always been our foundation. That’s why many of the women currently in our community have been members since its inception, helping us expand and grow stronger, together.

We wanted the ‘Ladies HQ VIP High Vibe Hub’ to be a no-brainer investment for women interested in changing their life, learning new skills and helping others do the same too – whether that be creating new connections for friendship, leveling-up their personal life or delving into their spiritual/holistic side. It doesn’t matter what age, or life stage you are in – you will be welcomed with open arms when you bring kindness and your unique attributes to our community.
Our VIPS are the type of ladies who put their hands up to try new things, want to be around like-minded women and quite simply, just want to get more ENJOYMENT in their life!! They think age is just a number and that women can get further, together. They want allll the positivity around them! We hope that’s you too!
We have over 150+ ‘Ladies HQ VIP High Vibe Hub’ members across Perth. We carefully monitor the number of members to ensure we are able to have exclusive events and offers available. We are really only limited by our imagination and what ideas/input our members have! Here some member events we’ve run in the past or hope to bring to life soon:
– Soulful/Spiritual events (meditations, ladies circles, yoga, breathwork, journaling)
– Social events (sundowners, movie nights, themed dinners, dance parties – you just need to pay for any food/drink/ticket purchases)
– DIY workshops (upcycling, mechanics, power tools, other creative outlets)
– Self-care focus (make-up workshops, hair styling, skincare, facials)
As well as having lots of online opportunities for members to connect, we pride ourselves in having accessible events in-person. We have multiple ‘event hubs’ Perth-wide, with areas including: Yanchep, Ellenbrook, Rivervale, Fremantle and Secret Harbour, our own Ladies HQ building is located in Wangara. We are in the process of expanding throughout WA, as well as growing across Australia. Simply let us know! Maybe you’re heading on holiday, your circumstances temporarily change or you need a break…? We keep a list of lovely ladies in need of some love and support. We will always contact them if we know you can’t attend for a period of time to pay forward your place.
Quite simply, this initiative takes a lot of time and energy to be of high quality and value to our members. We want women who invest in themselves, which means they are willing to invest for a bigger cause. Our VIP members allow us to think big and re-invest in our community of women. What we offer each month is HUGE, unbelievable value – you will pay $40 just for one typical event out in public. In the ‘Ladies HQ High Vibe Hub’, you get several events AND online content WITH the right women. PRICELESS!
Activities undertaken as a part of Ladies HQ are to be conducted at your own risk, always consider your personal circumstances. Your participation is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment – It is solely your responsibility to seek independent professional guidance, including mental health services, as needed. Therefore, by becoming a member you agree to release and discharge Ladies HQ from and against all claims arising, including but is not limited to any claim for personal injury, damages and death.
Ladies HQ does not guarantee specific results or experiences. Any information, advice, content or documentation provided, including any online educational materials, do not constitute medical, professional, psychological or other advice – they are provided for general information and guidance purposes only.
If a monthly payment is missed, our system will automatically continue to process your card. If it continues to fail, you will be removed from the private ‘Ladies HQ VIP High Vibe Hub’, all our community groups, you will no longer be able to attend events and be removed from all our online systems. As a result, we will offer your place to the next person on the waitlist and send an account owing for any incomplete payments. The min. time period for our VIP members is 6-months. After this time, if you don’t wish to continue, please send an email 14-days prior to admin@ladieshq.com.au so we can issue you with a membership feedback form to cease further payments.
No refunds/returns/break in the time period under any circumstances. For instances such as Covid, we have an online event model we can move to as a contingency plan. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the specific locations of the events as premises may change without notice, and consequently, members will not be permitted to terminate their memberships based on such alterations. We offer online alternatives and a range of locations.
By becoming a member of the ‘Ladies HQ High Vibe Hub,’ you consent to the use of images, videos, and comments featuring you for promotional purposes. This includes all forms of media, such as social media, websites, print, and marketing campaigns. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us highlight our vibrant community.
We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Members are advised to regularly review the website for the most current version of these terms and conditions.

Rebecca Kelly is a women’s empowerment coach, business strategist, podcast host, educator, speaker and founder of renowned coaching and events company ‘Ladies HQ’.
Bec is on a mission to empower women everywhere to start living the kickass lives they deserve – whether that’s helping ladies look inwards to see what they really want out of their lives or building businesses from start-up to full on scale!
After leaving behind two wildly successful careers in marketing and education, she considers herself a life-long-learner with various degrees, trainings and certifications. Her inspiration for learning fuels her passion in building women to be more confident in themselves through having a supportive community, collaborating with others, and learning to communicate their needs effectively.
