Community Calendar & Event Promotion
How does it work?
We would love to help you promote your female empowerment community event, workshop or training! We have a large engaged audience of Perth women wanting to try new things and meet likeminded ladies.
As you may be aware we have a physical ‘ladies shed’ space in Wangara WA that holds a range of events and free community meet-ups. At times we may consider cross-promoting aligned activities in exchange for a one-off ‘shed sponsorship’ payment to help us grow our community and available resources for women.
What are promotions & inclusions?
In return for a once-off $35 payment per event, we would be willing to offer you a chance to promote yourself to our community. This includes:
♥ Two personal posts in our 13,000 member Facebook group ‘Ladies Living Life Beyond Limits’
o One post permitted within 3-days of payment (admin will approve your post)
o One post 48hrs before your event outlining how many places still available (you are responsible for ensuring this is done 1-day prior to allow for adequate post approval time)
♥ Inclusion of your event on our monthly calendar (released on the 1st of every month). Your event name will be included on the calendar tile for the specified date and then the link you shared in the group promotional post will be clickable on our list of calendar events: https://linktr.ee/ladieshqevents
Our calendar of events is shared to our:
o Email list with 10,000 subscribers
o Facebook page with 6,500 followers www.facebook.com/ladieshq
o Instagram page with 2,500 followers www.instagram.com/ladieshq_

– Ladies HQ does not promise, endorse or take any responsibility for the outcome of your promotion.
– By making this one-off payment you are not forming into any type of partnership, contractual agreement or collaboration with Ladies HQ.
– Please consider your post carefully in line with general good practice for promoting. Facebook does not favour $ dollar signs on posts, links to outside websites (rather direct them to a Facebook event/group/page or lots of text.
– Refunds will not be offered under any circumstance, including change of mind, event reaching capacity, rescheduling or cancellation.
